Scouting Badger encodes Scouting America Barriers to Abuse and Guide to Advancement online-class expectations into product rules:

No one-on-one adult–youth DMs — classroom threads only, with parents included
Live sessions cannot start without qualifying supervision (two-deep adults, or parent present for a single Scout)
Cameras are required for live counseling sessions
Show/tell/discuss/demonstrate requirements cannot be completed by worksheet alone — instructors must attest after interactive review
Key interactions are written to an immutable audit log
Scouting Badger does not award official advancement; counseling summaries are for unit leaders / Scoutbook entry
